Undertakes interviews using a semi-structured question guide, with nine family members who had provided palliative care within the last three years.

Utilises a qualitative approach with the epistemological and methodological basis informed by interpretative phenomenological analysis. Collects data through semi-structured interviews with 10 patients, 6 family members, 5 surgeons and 6 nurses.

Analyses 220 responses from nurses regarding access issues with ICT, with technical support, connectivity, and with patients and colleagues.
