Utilises a qualitative approach with the epistemological and methodological basis informed by interpretative phenomenological analysis. Selects an anonymous online survey, with both open- and closed-ended questions, as a safe data-collection method during level 3 lockdown (from March to May 2020), via social media and email networks. Analyses 220 responses from nurses regarding access issues with ICT, with technical support, connectivity, and with patients and colleagues.
