Abstract | Explores the impact on nurses three to six years after completion of the New Entry to Specialty Practice (NESP) Programme. Thematically analyses in-depth, semi-structured interviews to identify the aspects of personal and professional development affected by the programme, using a qualitative descriptive approach.
